ENGINEERING

Our Engineering Division offers specialized services in Front End Engineering Designs (FEED), Basic and Detailed Engineering and Designs (BDED) for both structural and piping projects using the applicable design specifications, software resources and qualified and experienced human capacity.

At any of these phases, we shall provide at least the following engineering deliverables such as hand calculations, computer printouts, engineering sketches, Drawings, specifications, procedures, Materials selection (MTO) and specifications, etc., consistent with the above requirements as issues Approved for Construction (AFC).

Piping Engineering and Designs shall cover process, power, plumbing and HVAC involving water, steam and gas services piping.
Structural Engineering and Designs shall be done to include a complete calculation note for the structure in its entirety, including each component and detail, for all the phases of the project life, i.e. fabrication and erection of subassemblies,
Load-out, logistics, installation, in-place, fatigue analyses, boat-impact, dropped-object, vibration, blast and fire, drivability analysis and pile fatigue, etc.), covering as a minimum, but not limited to:

The main and secondary structural members’ fabrication drawings
The main and secondary connections fabrication drawings including weld details.
 Lifting pad eyes guides
All calculations related to the foundations, load-out, logistics and installation.
Computer Aided Design and Drafting tools engaged shall include - AutoCAD (2D /3D),
Caesar II, Inventor, Micro station, PDMS, etc.
