Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Blasting Project Limited provides the business and operational activities in such a way to minimize the risk and to guarantee the safety of its employees and other persons for whom it is responsible, and at the same time the risk to the environment. The Company provides a safe and healthy working environment for its employees and acts positively to prevent injury, ill health, damage and losses arising from its operations, as required by respecting the in-force normative.
HSE are priority and integral part of our business in Blasting Projects Limited.
Blasting Project Limited is committed to:
* Comply with laws and regulations on HSE, which apply to its activities and which are enforced nationally and internationally.
* Ensure that all personnel understand their specific HSE responsibilities, implementing all the necessary measures for the prevention, protection and non-discrimination.
* Maintain necessary knowledge of standards, legislations and codes of practice.
* Provide employees with familiarization in the Company and Client HSE regulations best practices and policy.
* Ensure that all managers and supervisors actively monitor the effectiveness of this Policy.
To this end the following five points are considered to be fundamental:
* Health and safety of the employees and in general, Local Communities involved in the Company activities is of paramount importance.
* Safety will take precedence over expediency.
* All managers, supervisors and employees will be involved in the implementation of safety, health and environment protecting procedures.
* Safety, health and environmental legislation will be complied within the spirit as well as the letter of the law.
* Client requirements with regard to safety, health and environment will be complied with.
It is the responsibility of all Company employees to make themselves aware of the HSE requirements, and act accordingly. The implementation of HSE policies and procedures has the full commitment of Blasting Project Limited Management.
